I believe it's social health.
Knowing how to function in society and interact with others are social skills.
Not really emotional or mental; emotional health MAY be apart of being able to relate to others.
Mental health can take part in it as well, but I believe it's mainly social health that affects being able to relate to others and communicating.

Hope this helped out, even a little!

Answer: An individual's ability to relate to, and communicate with people is known as social health.

Explanation: Social health refers to your ability to interact with the people in your life, the other suggests the interactions within society as a whole. It is considered to be one of the most important factors that define individual health as it indicates your social health in different settings. Research studies also back that a healthy social life can improve other types of human health too , this means that an active social life can have a positive impact on your overall health and will help to reduce stress
