Since we know side LK is equal to KN, and side LM is equal to NM, we can set the pairs equal to each other and solve for x.
KN
2y+5=y+10
2y=y+5
y=5
NM
3x-1=2x+6
3x=2x+7
x=7
From this, we can conclude that side
KN=5
and side
NM=7
.
