No, the exuberance and disparity of the Victorian age was not justified.
During the Victorian age, the wealthy gained their wealth by exploiting people on lower taxes.
They provide work with really little payment to the point where the poor families unable to sustain their children's living. A lot of bodies lying on the street during this period.
