What does 'market access' really mean in the area of health technologies (drugs and medical devices)? There are lots of definitions on the Internet yet I found them not complete to cover the whole picture.

These include elements like the effect of a product in the market, and the effect of the market on your product. It also includes advertising your product to your target customers so that they are aware of the benefits and side-effects.
