If you mean: (√(16r)^6 that is the same as:

(16r)^(1/2)^6

relevant rule: (a^b)^c=a^(b*c), in this case

(16r)^(6*1/2)

(16r)^3

4096r^3

Answer:

4r^3

Explanation:

The trick is to look for squared value and then to take them outside the square root but not in squared form.
