Every vehicle operator that approaches a railway crossing pass with a drop-down gate or flashing light, must stop at the marked line on the nearest side of the railroad track. If the stopping line is not clearly marked, that is it does not exist, the driver must stop at least 15 feet away from railroad track, and not more than 50 feet from the railroad track.

The answer is: B. between 15-50 feet from the track.
