What I did is turn 42.2% into a fraction 422/10 and multiply it with 635.4: after reducing the fraction 422/10 to 211/5. I multiply the numerators: to get 268138.8 and divide 5 to get 268.1388

10% of 635.4 is 63.54 and i just multiply that by 4 to get 254.16.
1% of 635.4 is 6.354 and multiply that by 2 to get 12.708.
.1% of 635.4 is .6354 multiply that by 2 to get 1.2708.
add up all the totals to get 268.1
