9x3=27; 72x2=144 so the right side condenses to 135x-117
f (x)=135x-117
so this function crosses the y axis at -117 and the x axis at .866666666 repeating.

9x³-72x²+135x=0
9x(x²-8x+15)=0
9x(x-5)(x-3)=0
x=0 or 5 or 3
