The blue is above the white so it must be "greater-than".
Also, the division between the two is solid so it can be "equal to".

Last one, y>= 3/4x-3.

The line is the same in all answers, so you may look at the inequality signs. The shaded area is on top, this means greater than, and the line is not dashed, so it belongs to the solution: greater or equal than
