In a graph the solutions of a system of equations is given by the points of intersection of the lines or curves that represent the equations.

With tha in mine you can dicard the A) and D) options becasue parallel lines will never intersect each other.

Also, dicard the option C) because two coinciding lines have infinite solutions.

So, the right answer is the option B) coordinate plane with two intersecting lines, because the intersection will be the only solution of the system.
