Quotation marks in Facebook activity log refer to your searches - so you searched a group or a person on Facebook, and that search is stored in your activity log. It stores both the things that you started typing, but didn't search in the end, and the things you did search. You can delete this if you want - just click the 'clear searches' button at the top.
