True or false: left turns are permitted at a traffic signal displaying a steady red light if the driver is turning onto a one-way street from a one-way street.

Well, I would say False. Its usually a seperate light for anyone thats going left especially for traffic or you would have to wait on a green light and then turn when there is no on coming traffic. I do know you usually can turn right on red not left. But I would go with False.
