What is one of the ways in which industrialization has contributed to changes in the socialization required for work?

industrialization not only improved the scientific aspects of the society by alleviating the degree of the quality of work/process conducted (steam engine i.e), it has also benefited the societal aspect by forming organizations (scientific) to delve into research breakthroughs helping the revolution of ideas.
