The members resolve the daily problems associated with living and working together through adaptation. Just like in natural selection, adaptability is the best way to survive the trials in life. It may be difficult but once a person can get through with it, and adapt and learn what she or he went through then he or she has no problem in surviving no matter how difficult the situation is.
