why a food that has more calories will give a person more energy than a food that has fewer calories. Why is consuming natural sugar not necessarily any better for your body than consuming sugar from corn syrup or white sugar?

The more calories a food has, the more energy it will give the body. The fewer calories a food has, the less potential it has to give the body energy.

The body doesn’t distinguish between the types of sugars that you consume; it uses sugars in the same way because most sugars are still processed from natural ingredients.

I think its because as long as the calories are coming from a protein there is absolutely no problem in consuming it.
