for the past month, you have gotten into a good routine of going running 3 to 4 times per week and doing strength training at least two times per week. The only problem is that you always run out of time and forget to stretch. What consequence my experience overtime?

Without stretching, your body's range of motion may become limited. A person's muscles may tighten and this restricts a person's movements.
