Why is Wikipedia not considered a reliable source?

B)because it can be easily changed by authors without expertise in the field

will there more reason why but I'm going to go with B) because it tends to be changed constantly.

I would consider (B) to be the answer to this question. Wikipedia isn't a reliable source. It can be changed by anyone at anytime.
