When a scientist reports false information and done dishonesty he or she gets no chance in the scientific community because this is a problematic for a number of reasons that may openly harm vulnerable research participants. It may destabilize the general trust in science and scientist and it may cause harm if future research or therapy attempts to rely on fraudulent results.
