Reflecting point A over the x axis leads to A' = (3,2)

The point B = (6,4) corresponds to point A and A'. If we dilate A' with a scale factor 2, then we'll go from A' to B.

Notice how doubling both coordinates of (3,2) leads to 2*(3,2) = (2*3,2*2) = (6,4) which is what point B is.
