What relationship do you see between the Monroe Doctrine and the Latin American Revolutions of the early 19th century? Why does Monroe think that the "systems" of Europe and the Western Hemisphere are different?

Answer:I think that Latin American countries were thankfull for the States for considering this so Europe would not try to make control Latin American countries.

They are related because the Monroe Doctrine was about preventing Europeans from colonizing the Americas, while the Latin American Revolutions were about kicking the Europeans out of the Americas. They are different according to Monroe because the US wants freedom and liberty while Europe wants claim over the lands.
