Time taken by lift to reach 10 storeys = 9 seconds.
Time taken by lift to reach 1 storey = 10 / 9 = 1.1 seconds
Time taken by lift to reach 15 storeys = 1.1 * 15 = 16.5 seconds

A lift can carry passengers to 10 storeys in 9 seconds
