From a health point of view, how many days a week are suggested to maintain your present fitness level?

Normally it would be 3-4 days a week. However, people have different kinds of needs in terms of health fitness. As much as possible you need to incorporate exercises that will help you improve your core strength, cardiovascular muscles, upper and lower muscles. In that way you will be able to balance the needs of your body and not simply working out on one part only.
