The answer is the last one! (60 pieces)

The number of chocolates in any box is within four of 24, so that means that the number of chocolates could be 20 to 28.
So that means that it's possible that all of the three 3 boxes have the least amount of chocolates, which is 20.

3 * 20 = 60.

The smallest number in any one box would be 20 (24-4).

Therefore smallest amount of 3 boxes is simply 3*20 = 60
