Width:

2W^2+4W = 160
2W^2 + 4W - 160 = 0
2(W^2 + 2W - 80) = 0
2(W + 8)(W - 10) = 0

Width:
W - 10 = 0
W = 10

Width is 10 ft.

Length:
L = 2(8) + 4
L = 16 + 4
L = 20

Length is 20 ft.
