Increasing the loudness of the sound is directly affected by the amplitude of the wave. If the amplitude or the height of the sound waves is increased, the sound is louder or has a high intensity. Speed, frequency and wavelength are interrelated with wave properties, with a direct proportional relationship. These properties affect the pitch of a sound.
