a remporary magnet. It will become a magnet when an actual magnet is touching it, but if there is no magnet, it will not.

Ferromagnetic
Explanation;
Magnets attract materials which are called magnetic materials, while those that are not attracted are known as non magnetic materials.
Magnetic materials such as iron and steel are known as ferromagnetic materials as they are strongly attracted by magnets. These materials are used to make permanent magnets.
Ferromagnetic materials can be magnetized to form permanent magnets. they include; steel, cobalt , iron and nickel.
