Observation research is the most common form of qualitative research, research, which relies on what is seen in the field and in naturalistic settings more than it does on statistical data.
Qualitative, as opposed to quantitative research, deals with the quality of study, rather than the quantity, or the number of said study. Sometimes, quality is more important than quantity, and sometimes the opposite is true. However, observation has to do with quality rather than statistics and quantity.
