because the Iraq war was a US invasion and was on counter terrorism and so far no one in any history books has ever been able to successfully execute counter terrorism in another country

If its multiple choice. Your answer is B) Many U.S. officials did not understand Iraqi culture, and coalition forces faced a strong insurgency. (I also just took the test)
