What I am doing in math with the fractions and whole numbers you might have to multiply all of the numbers together and since i'm going to help here is the answer to multiplying them 1x1=1 so 1x 0.0625 in decimal and 1/16 in fraction

perimeter:
add all sides
(1/2)+(1/2)+(1/2)+(1/2)+1+1 = 1+1+1+1 =4cm
