odd integers are 2 apart
so they are
n,n+2,n+4
so sum is add
n+n+2+n+4=-411
3n+6=-411
mnus both sides
3n=-417
divide both sides by 3
n=-139
n+2=-137
n+4=-135
the numbres are -139, -137, -135
