Hello,
2(2x+1)
Use distributed property:
2(2x)+2(1)
=4x+2. As a result, 4x+2 is another expression that is equivalent to 2(2x+1). Hope it help!

A expression that's equivalent to 2(2x+1) would be 2(2x)+2(1). I hope this helps.
