WILL MARK BEST IF RIGHT!!!! PLEASE HELP

Alec said that –75 – + 21 equals –54. Is Alec's answer reasonable? A. Yes, because if you start at –75 on a number line, and then move 21 spaces to the right, you will get –54. B. No, because if you start at –75 on a number line, and then move 21 spaces to the left, you will get –96. C. No, 75 – 21 equals 54. Because you are subtracting a positive integer, the answer will also be a positive integer. The answer should be +54.
