Can make a concentrated solution more dilute by adding solvent?

Yes you can add water it would just dilute way more than it has right now

Yes, you can. the more water ( a common solvent) you add to a solution, the more dilute it gets.

example, you have a cup of black coffee and it is very strong and bold. you can dilute this coffee by adding more water. it will test less bold, so less concentrated.
