Solve 6(-2 -3x) +8 =68

From my calculations I'd say X=-4.

First you would start off by using distributive property by distributing the 6 to -2 and -3x and you get : -12-18x+8=68
then combine like terms
-4-18x=68
then now you have your equation , your gonna solve for X.
Add 4 to both sides and you get.
-18x=72
divide both sides by -18 and you get
x=-4

I am not sure if this is the write answer, but I believe x is 3.6 repeating.
