I NEED THIS FAST PLEASE

The Nile River played a very important role in the ancient Egyptian economy. The extremely dry climate over most of Egypt made habitation difficult. Around 3000 B.C. settlements began to appear around the Nile River. Interestingly, the Nile floods each year in June or July. When the water recedes, the land around the river is filled with vital nutrients.

Which of these statements best explains why the economic value of the Nile River increased over time?

A. Ancient Egyptians built massive pyramids.

B. Annual flooding created fertile soil to grow crops.

C. Ancient Egyptians believed in the afterlife.

D. Ancient Egyptians needed to cool off in the river's water.
