If a disease killed all the mice in a food web how would that effect owls

Since we are talking food WEB, it wouldn't greatly effect owls because they also can eat other small rodents, or even go after large animals like cats and dogs. I know this because my aunt has 2 owls that go down in the middle of her back yard just to eat animals. They can eat skunks and rats. But if we are really focusing on the question, it would hurt the owls about 20%.
