Ok so if their perpendicular that means they are pointed in the same direction and are the same length but are spread apart side by side from an unknown distance. So if the equation for the first one is y = 4x + 1 then the second one couldn't be B. x - 4y = -2 So B. x - 4y = -2 is your answer.
