Positive impacts of flooding are as follows;

Floods contribute to the strength of ecologically significant wetland regions. Salutary wetlands support healthy water stores and even determine air quality. Floods submerge wetlands with supplementary waste. They also provide and store nutrient-rich deposits that support both plant and vertebrate life in wetlands. In addition, flooding combines nutrients to lagoons and waters that help maintain healthy fishbowls.
