The traditional economy was affected, thus forcing the disappearance of the ancestral forms used by the natives, which consisted in the sowing of polycultures that with the passing of time and taking into account the new adaptations and economic demands of European imperialism, presented changes serious in the landscape, all for one reason: the export of products such as sugar cane, tea, coffee and rubber to the metropolis, which led to the creation of railways and ports where transported the raw material that only favored to the imperialists.
