1. What is the slope-intercept form and what information does it give you?

2. How do you know if a set of data is a function, if you are giving an input/output table?
3. What would be the equation of the line that goes through the two points (0,4) and (1,3)?

1. The slope intercept form is y=mx+b. m=the slope and b=the y-intercept
2. You can tell if it is a function or not because the x values can never repeat if it is a function.
3. y=1m+4 because the slope is 1 and y-intercept is 4 though you would really write it as y=m+4.
