find h(3)
h(3)=3-1=2
now

f(g(h(3))=f(g(2))
find g(2)
g(2)=3(2)-5=6-5=1

now

f(g(h(3)))=f(g(2))=f(1)
find f(1)
f(1)=-2(1)^3
f(1)=-2(1)
f(1)=-2
