This is a legit question, what exactly is feminism cause like the internet makes fun of it and stuff but what do they really stand for.

Feminism, by quote definition of Google, is "the advocacy of women's rights on the basis of the equality of the sexes.". Basically, feminism is equality for all sexes. But many people get it confused with the statement of "women are more powerful and stronger than men" or "men are disgusting pigs", etc. (which is not true)
