Hey, I saw you asked me to help you with this question by sending a direct message.

x will represent the pounds of soybean meal and 280-x the pounds of cornmeal because cornmeal will be the rest of the mixture.

.14x + .07(280-x) = .1(280)

.14x + 19.6 - .07 x = 28

.07x + 19.6 = 28

.07x = 28 - 19.6

.07x = 8.4

x = 8.4/.07

x = 120

You will need a total of 120 pounds of soybean meal. The amount of cornmeal will be 280 - x, which equals 120. 280 - 120 = 160 pounds of cornmeal in the mixture.

Hope I helped!
