By definition, a baryonic matter is simply an ordinary matter wherein the sub-atomic particles in its nucleus include protons and neutrons while on the other hand, a non-baryonic matter is also called exotic matter wherein it does not have any electrons in its atoms. In addition, examples of non baryonic matter include dark matter.
