1- Granting lands for railroad construction, to make sure the delivery of goods is made all over the country.

2- Development of patent system, in order to protect industrial creations in all areas.

3- Increased tax to be paid, so as to receive a portion of the production, and use the money to provide social services for the population.

4- Permit free trade, so as to facilitate the transference of goods and money throughout the nation, and abroad.
