Fleete is one of the character of the story "The Mark of the Beast" by Rudyard Kipling. The story is all about the Eastern Gods and beliefs. Well fleete committed a sin when he is drunk, he grinds a cigar but into the stone image of Hanuman, the monkey god because of that the Solver man touches fleete and leaves the mark which makes him howl, craves and becomes increasingly animal-like
