The way I would explain A moral dilemma is when morally you must choose between two things, good between bad or the lesser of two evils, etc. the reasoning you choose between the two is due to a moral code and what you believe is best but often have a hard time choosing between the two choices.

A moral dilemma is where you have to choose between two things, and you have a moral reason for both choices, but cannot decide which to choose from.
