There is no specific time. Commonly the funeral is held a few days after the death of a person if everything went normally and it happened in a hospital. If it was a crime it can be a few weeks until detectives process the body. Sometimes it can even be years if the body that was never recovered is discovered as a pile of bones, so people can then organize a funeral to pay their respects.
