Why does all heads or all tails seem less likely than random?

of course in every situation, getting all heads or all tails will always have lower chances than the random result.
Random result basically had the chance of 100% of happening because its condition is still fulfilled no matter what the result of the coin toss is, meanwhile all heads or all tails has little probability.
