Yes, he received warnings from God and also his people, but they did not listen to the warning so he became captive together with his people by Assyrians.

Manasseh was a young king who was foolish and worship different gods. He thought his people evil ways, but after his captivity, he changed his ways and promised God that he would serve Him.

True. The Lord speak through his prophets and said, "Behold, I am bringing such calamity upon Jerusalem and Judah, that whoever hears of it, both his ears will tingle." In the Old Testament, tingling ears are a sign that an especially severe judgment was coming (1 Samuel 3:11, Jeremiah 19:3). This is the first warning of God to Manasseh.
